The concrete plant is equipped with modern machines weighing and mixing and automation system with the latest technology, controlled by PC, record production and ensure a stable and guaranteed quality and exact amount of concrete.
We can serve any concreting, large or small, with two mills with a capacity of 110 cubic meters per hour, modern, large fleet of vehicles with capacities from 6-12 cm and concrete pumps tissue up to 45 meters.
We produce standard concrete mix according to Regulation of Concrete Technology, for all categories of strength and workability and maximum grain size 16 or 31,5 mm. Also, we can produce specific compositions after consultation.
Concrete and our raw materials are continuously tested in the laboratory of the unit, under the supervision engineer with experience in concrete technology and in collaboration with qualified external laboratory.
Constantly developed new, improved concrete compositions and systematically carried out tests, whose results are evaluated and analyzed statistically:
- Concrete temperature
- Air content of fresh concrete
- Identifying concrete workability (slump, spread)
- Determination of bulk density of fresh concrete
- Compressive strength Control
- Cement coagulation time control (Test Vicat)
